Replacement handles and hinges For Windows

Once you've found the appropriate replacement, it's easy to install. Remove any screws that attach to the trim from the casement cover and gently lift the cover off to expose the insides of the window operator (Photo 1). Compare the new operating lever with the previous one and take off any rusted trim screw. Then, attach the replacement to the window frame, replace any screws that are rusted or bent, and place the casement cover back over the mechanism.
