GE Profile Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

As its name suggests, GE’s Profile series is aimed at people who want to incorporate cutting-edge technology into their kitchen. The refrigerator is brimming with these, from an inside-the-door Keurig K-cup coffee maker to a clever water dispenser. But these flourishes don't mask mediocre performance, especially in the refrigerator's freezer and an ineffective temperature-controlled drawer. This refrigerator is costly and I expected more.

Aside from that blip the fridge is a great option. It has a large freezer compartment, which is quite uncommon in counter-depth French door fridges, and it can hold a decent amount of frozen foods as compared to similar models.

Inside the fridge, there are 17 shelves and compartments. The fridge compartment is 18.5 cubic feet of space, which is on the same as the size of a French door refrigerator that costs this much. It also has a decent-sized icemaker in the left-hand door, although it's not the biggest I've seen.

You can adjust the shelves in both compartments for an individual storage solution. The interior design of the GE PYE22PYNFS is also attractive. The LED lighting adds an appealing accent. The bins for storage inside come with a third shelf that can be folded down to store tall items. The drawers are equipped with temperature controls so that you can set them for Meat, Beverage, or Deli settings. The drawers are simple to open and close however I found the plastic's textured coatings a bit hard on my fingers.

The GE PGE29BYTFS Smart Refrigerator comes with the complete set of features you'd expect from a fridge in this price range, including Wi-Fi and app support through GE's SmartHQ software. The app, available for iOS and Android devices can let you control your fridge from anywhere in the world, and has numerous options for customization. It will also send notifications when the door is left unlocked, when the freezer or fridge needs to be defrosted, and when the filter needs to be changed.

It is nice if GE PYE22PYNFS could offer Precise Fill, an option that is available in a few GE refrigerators that allow users to choose the amount of cups they wish to pour out. The fridge displays a countdown to show you how much water remains however it's not as useful as Precise fill.

The fridge was rated the best refrigerator in our Refrigerators Test for various reasons. The freezer temperature remained steady at just above 0°F and never fluctuated more than a fraction - this is essential to avoid freezer burn. The refrigerator section of the fridge also did well. It reached the temperature it was set within an hour, and remained at the temperature throughout our tests.

Bosch is a household name for its high-end appliances. Therefore, it's not a surprise that Bosch's counter depth fridge Bosch counter depth fridge can be connected to your home Wi Fi and Bosch's Home Connect. This app allows you to monitor and control your fridge remotely from your tablet or smartphone. The fridge is expensive, but it offers excellent features and functionality for the price.

It is crucial to be aware of the limitations of the fridge. It has a small space for shelves, so you'll have to think creatively when storing tall objects. The shelves are also not impervious to spills and could easily be damaged or stained by sharp items. The trays can be easily removed from the fridge. LG Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

The LG LRFLC2706S counter-depth refrigerator is a great choice for those who require a lot of space in a small frame. It has a sleek, fingerprint-resistant stainless-steel finish and features thick handles that make them comfortable to grip. The fridge has the standard french door fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser door design, and two rows of shelving with spill-capture and a set crisper drawers. The top shelf on the right side can be folded to provide more space for tall items. There's also a full-width drawer for products from the deli and an inside water dispenser.

The refrigerator comes with an ice maker making it easy to transfer the frozen ice whenever you need it. The freezer features thoughtful design elements, for instance, sliding drawers to help you to organize the place of your items. It also has a large container for storing frozen food, and a separate one for ice.

Smart InstaView panel is another cool feature of the refrigerator. It allows you to manage the refrigerator's temperature and lighting via your smartphone. It's a nice way to control and monitor your refrigerator, especially if you're away from home.

The Smart InstaView feature is neat however it doesn't improve the efficiency of the fridge. This fridge took longer to defrost food and chill it than the other fridges we test. This is likely due to the larger capacity.

The other issue we have with the door of this refrigerator. The handles with a sunken design allow shorter people to open them from the bottom. However taller people will struggle to close them without slamming. It would have been much better to have front-mounted handles.

The LG Counter-Depth MAX is a ideal choice for those who want to combine the advantages of a French-door refrigerator's aesthetics with an efficient layout. It has a capacity that is above average for counter-depth models and is able to cool evenly. It's also a bit cheaper than the top counter depth refrigerator with an ice maker, making it a great option.

Frigidaire Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

This Frigidaire French door refrigerator is a good option when you're looking for a french door fridge freezers uk door fridge that doesn't break the budget. It's a basic fridge which may not be as eye-catching as its rivals however it has enough features to make a an excellent option. Its most significant feature, the adjustable temperature drawer, helps to keep food items like meat and vegetables fresher for longer. It also comes with a huge water and ice maker dispenser.

Another nice feature is the "Chill Drawer" that sits over the two crisper bins. The drawer lets you direct some of the fridge's cooling power into this area, so that you can store foods that require extra attention. You can adjust the feature using a slider that's located right outside of the drawer. You can also use this to set a general cooling setting for the whole fridge, though I've found that adjusting the general settings tends have a better effect than specific ones.

During my tests, the temperature of the refrigerator stayed fairly consistent across different areas of the fridge. Temperatures at the top and bottom of the fridge did not vary very far from 38 degrees, and the middle of the fridge was within a degree of 36. This is a good performance, but does not quite make it to the top of our ratings.

This fridge has a few other neat features, including a temperature-monitoring display that alerts you to fluctuations and provides a forecast for the day ahead. You can also combine this fridge with an intelligent thermometer to get more precise measurements of your fridge's internal temperature.

The exterior of the Frigidaire is made from grey-bodied stainless with a "smudge resistant" finish. It does a great job of repelling fingerprints and streaks even when compared to the glossier stainless steel finishes on other appliances I've tested.
