We wouldn't recommend taking this stroller off-road or on stairs, but it does offer excellent suspension to minimize bumps for the passengers.

Although the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage compartment, it's difficult to access without taking off the infant car seats. This is a common issue twin frame strollers often have, but Joovy has an underseat baby carrier to help solve this problem.

In contrast to other top-scoring models the Roo+ does not have an auto-standing fold or cup holders. It's a small cost to pay for car storage and seat compatibility, but we would prefer a stroller with a bit more flexibility. The flexibility of its seating configuration is a benefit, however it allows parents to mount their infant car seats facing opposite directions or in the same direction to better suit their requirements.

Delta Children LX Side by Side scored highly for its weight and fold size. It's the top value double umbrella stroller we've seen in our review. It also scored highly for maneuverability, which is an important quality for parents who are looking for a travel stroller that will fit into smaller spaces.
