The items can be upgraded at any NPC who is an upgrader in the game. These NPCs are located in major questing areas or capital cities. Players can also locate item upgraders when they visit dungeons with high-level bosses and by talking to NPCs in their garrisons of their faction.
The item upgrade system in World of Warcraft provides players with the ability to upgrade the level of weapons, armor, and trinkets. This process is largely identical to that of gear reforging in Mists of Pandaria and Warlords of Draenor however instead of using the appropriate currency players must visit an item upgrader NPC to complete the process.

Requirements
